Education and Early Career

Jilu Joseph’s journey is a testament to determination and passion. She completed her graduation from BVM Holy Cross College during 2008-2011 and pursued a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Berchmans Institute of Management Studies during 2014-2016. Her early career as a programmer analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions laid the foundation for her future endeavors.

Joining Webandcrafts

In January 2016, Jilu married Abin Jose Tom, the then Founder & CEO of Webandcrafts. Rather than merely being a supportive spouse, Jilu actively contributed to the organization as its Vice President. Her ingenious instincts, analytical approach, problem-solving ability, and team management skills played a pivotal role in facilitating Webandcrafts’ growth.

On January 1, 2024, the dawn of the new year brought a momentous announcement: Jilu Joseph was appointed as the CEO of Webandcrafts. Her more than 8 years of experience in the IT industry, coupled with her wholehearted support for the company’s growth, made her the ideal candidate for this crucial role. Despite the challenges of balancing motherhood and professional responsibilities, Jilu expressed her happiness at having Abin’s unwavering support.
